Our tutus are closed on a soft and stretchy elastic waistband. They are lightweight and most dogs barely notice they’re wearing it. (But everyone else will!)
The belly area is left open (no tulle) for comfort. The tulle length varies based on size. The tulle length for extra small dogs is 3", small dogs 4", medium 5", large 6" and extra large 7", If you need a specific tulle length, please send me a message. Custom requests for sizing and colors are welcome!This fun tutu skirt has a crochet, cotton waistband which is filled with hot pink and light pink tulle. Measure around your dog's waist as shown in the photo above. The measuring tape should be "fitted", but not tight around her waist.
